1. General Provisions

아소비 일산자이더헤리티지점 (the “Center”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and maintains this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information. Personal information collected while using the service, such as submitting a consultation request, is handled as described below.

Because the Center’s service involves consultations regarding minor children, the provision of and consent to personal information is presumed to be carried out by the child’s legal guardian.

• Optional: preferred consultation time, message
• Automatically collected: access IP address and timestamp (to prevent abuse and stabilize the service)

3. Personal Information of Children Under 14

Because our service includes counseling regarding young children, personal information of children under 14 is collected and used only with the consent of their legal guardian, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. Counseling and inquiry requests are made by the legal guardian, whose consent is obtained at the time of submission.

Legal guardians may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of the child's personal information at any time.

4. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Receiving consultation requests, confirmation contact, and scheduling visits
• Responding to user inquiries
• Preventing spam and abuse, and service operation statistics

5. Retention and Use Period

Collected personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. Where retention is required by applicable law, it is kept for that period and then destroyed.

6. Provision to Third Parties

As a rule, the Center does not provide users’ personal information to outside parties. It may do so only where the user has given prior consent or where required by law.

7. Outsourcing of Processing

The Center currently does not outsource the processing of users’ personal information. If outsourcing becomes necessary for service operation, the parties involved and the scope of work will be disclosed in advance through this policy.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Users (or the legal guardian, for minors) may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Such requests may be made via our contact (0507-1301-4058), and the Center will act without delay.

9. Destruction Procedure and Method

Personal information whose retention period has elapsed or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed safely in a manner that cannot be recovered or reconstructed. Electronic files are deleted by technical means.

• Identifying information such as phone numbers is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Access to personal information is restricted and managed to the minimum necessary.
• Data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS.

11. Use of Cookies

The Center uses only the minimum cookies necessary to provide the service (such as login session and language settings), and does not use tracking cookies for advertising or behavioral data collection.
